Student Housing

Students from throughout the United States, Canada, and overseas attend ITMI classes for travel directors and tour guides. Accommodations in moderately priced hotels close to all travel training facilities are available for out-of-towners. In some locations there are opportunities to stay at the homes of ITMI graduates.

Most students stay at convenient hotels where ITMI holds rooms for our travel director students. We will help you find a roommate to cut your housing cost in half. It's a great way to network with new friends from your class.

The cost of a shared hotel room is approximately $64 per person, per night, including taxes for the full two-week travel training program. When we have offers from ITMI tour guide grads to provide housing in their homes, the cost is usually lower. These are not available in all training sites and the number of rooms is limited.

If you need housing, please notify the Institute when you register so that arrangements can be made.
