I’d like to know what the salary ranges for over the road and step-on guides have been in the past 10 years.
I’d like to know what makes people work more for one company than another; is it the way they are treated, whether they are tipped by the passengers, bonuses from the company at the end of the season, steady work, exciting tour destinations, etc.
What enables some tour companies to have repeat customers while others don’t ever seem to have them?
