ITMI Symposium 2010 Ideas

My question:

Like a baseball player playing and getting experience in the minor leagues, I feel after 4 years I’ve learned a tremendous amount about the tour industry and my passengers. I’ve gotten that DC and NYC license, I’ve had the occasional trip overseas.  I want to know how to move forward from here.  How do I land that job with the high end company taking trips to Africa, Europe and Asia?  Is it better to have a resume with multiple tour companies or just a few that you have dedicated yourself to?  What do the high end companies look for?
I’d like to hear and participate in workshops geared for the more seasoned tour director looking to advance their career.
