To answer the question of the week regarding coach drivers.

I have found that the relationship a TD has with his or her driver is extremely important.  I always try to call my driver ahead of time to speak with him and to try and get to know each other before the beginning of the tour.  I found this works since I am often asked “Do you and so and so always work together because you make such a good team”?  Most of the times it has been the first time with that particular driver.  If you work as a team it is definatly benificial and one driver even commented that he always made the best tips when he worked with me. I will never ask a driver to do something dangerous and often suggest that he does the tour the way he is confortable in doing it so long as x and x and x are seen.

I just finished one tour with a driver who was constantly washing his bus and windows at every stop I did, I am sure we had the cleanest windows on any coach around!!!!
