I agree wholeheartedly that coach drivers are the backbone of a tour…they not only drive long hours but they are a valuable combination of experience, knowledge and partnership to the tour directors. My coach drivers have helped quell my worries many a times and though it was a brief friendship it was a strong, reliable, working partnership that made all the difference to me and to the unsuspecting clients. I never hesitated in asking for their advice or help because I always knew they had my best interest in mind along with the passengers.
Though I cannot say whom they are in name, I have been quite fortunate to have had great drivers and I tip my hat to them..they do not have any easy job to do. I have felt quite safe driving with and happy to know these hardworking men and women. I always made sure I thanked my driver and showed them as much appreciation they deserve.
