Custom Training Programs
ITMI develops customized programs for tour operators, suppliers, event planners and other tourism industry stakeholders. The customized training identifies and meets the specific needs of an organization. The curriculum is designed to provide the experiential learning that will prepare participants to meet the day-to-day challenges of their job. Motorcoach Driver Training
ITMI Motorcoach Driver Certification is designed to identify and meet the special needs of each motorcoach company. The core curriculum includes the psychology of group travel. It also addresses the importance of the driver, driver guide and tour director or tour guide and their role in creating a positive and memorable experience for their guests. Interactive exercises provide participants with real-world simulations that help them to practice and integrate their newly acquired skills. Experience has shown that when the driver, driver guides or tour directors adhere to the principles they have learned, they will enjoy their work more, receive increased gratuities and ultimately generate more business for the motorcoach company.
